Refund Policy

At OwnZone Fitness, I am committed to delivering a premium coaching experience built on structure, accountability, and measurable progress. Due to the nature of our services, I operate the following refund policy.
1. Online Coaching Services (Monthly Membership)
Online coaching services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.

Payments are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.

Cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing date.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

If cancellation is made within the required notice period, access will continue until the end of the paid term.
Because coaching includes time, planning, programming, and ongoing support, refunds cannot be issued once services have begun.
2. In-Person Training Sessions

Individual sessions must be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Session packages are non-refundable once purchased.

Packages must be used within the agreed validity period.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of medical emergencies, at the sole discretion of OwnZone Fitness.
3. Digital Products (PDF Plans, Guides, Downloads)
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products:

All digital product sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges are available once purchase is completed.
4. Results Disclaimer
Results from coaching depend on individual adherence, consistency, and effort. As outcomes vary from person to person, i cannot guarantee specific physical results and therefore do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with results.
i provide the structure and accountability — execution remains the client’s responsibility.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests outside the terms above will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
